Swedish Massage

​Firm but gentle pressure is used with long flowing movements for total relaxation. As well as assisting the body with stress relief, reduces anxiety, improves flexibility, blood and lymphatic circulation. We offer service times of 30-120 minutes. 

​Craniosacral Therapy

This technique is a gentle, noninvasive form of massage that addresses the bones and muscles of the head, spinal column, and sacrum to help reduce stress and pain. Cranial sacral massage works to restore the natural position of the bones and ease muscle tension. We offer service times of 30-60 minutes. 

Reiki (Usui and Karuna)

Reiki is a form of energy healing that clears your body's life force energy system. Creating balance so you can feel less stressed and more relaxed. Reiki can be performed while the client is laying fully clothed on the massage table. The therapist will hold their hands above or gently resting on top of the client for the duration of the treatment. We offer service times of 30-90 minutes.

Hot Stone Massage

Promotes deeper muscle relaxation through the placement of smooth, water-heated stones at key points on the body. We offer service times of 30-90 minutes. 

Facial Massage

Facial Massage uses natural products to massage into the skin leaving it feeling soft and glowing. Plus helps to reduce sinus pressure and congestion, and helps aid in alleviating TMJ, and tension headaches. This service takes 30 minutes.

Chair Massage

$20-$35
Focuses on your back, shoulders and neck and arms. Chair massage is done over clothes and doesn't require any massage oil. Perfect for over your lunch break. We offer service times of 15 or 30 minutes.

Raindrop Technique

Raindrop technique is a powerful technique using 9 essential oils, developed by D. Gary Young in the 1980s. It combines several modalities to bring balance and transformation. It also supports body systems on a physical and emotional level. This is a great way to boost your immune system or start a detox. This service takes 60 minutes.

Deep Tissue Massage

A full-body massage with detailed attention to specific muscle groups and fascia, while treating new and old injuries, increasing range of motion and reducing muscle fatigue. We offer service times of 30-120 minutes.

Reflexology
​30 min

Reflexology, is that areas of the foot correspond to organs and systems of the body. Pressure applied to the foot is believed to bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body. Several studies indicate that reflexology may reduce pain and psychological symptoms, such as stress and anxiety, and enhance relaxation and sleep.

Prenatal Massage
30 min-90 min

$45-$105
Not recommended during the first trimester. For the remainder of the pregnancy we use side lying techniques to ensure mom and baby are comfortable. We offer service times of 30-90 minutes. 

Lymphatic Drainage Massage
​30 min or 60 min

Lymphatic drainage massage relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels. We offer service times of 30 or 60 minutes.

Custom Massage

​Customized massage employs a variety of massage techniques including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue, Acupressure, Myofacial Release, and Reflexology.

Aromatherapy

Choose your Aromatherapy (we provide Young Living Essential Oil) and add this service onto your existing massage to enhance your relaxation. This 15 minute add on can be on your scalp or feet.

Tired Feet Treatment

A blissful treatment for tired feet. You'll receive an exfoliating sugar scrub and toe pebbling. Feet are then wrapped in warm moist towels while you enjoy a relaxing scalp massage. Feet are then unwrapped and massaged with essential oils to finish the experience. This service takes 30 minutes.
